Our Story

The story of Total Home Exteriors begins with Tim Marchbanks, owner and operator. For as long as he could remember, Tim wanted to own a small business. Throughout his youth, Tim worked summers with a local roofing company, developing his skills in the trade. Before long, Tim became quite an experienced roofer. 

In 1994, shortly after high school, Tim accomplished his goal of owning a roofing company. His business experienced unprecedented growth, and by 1999, Tim and his wife Jenni opened Total Home Exteriors, which included a vinyl siding, window, and gutter division. In 2016, Total Home Exteriors began the next expansion to deck and garage building.

Tim’s experience in the industry and eye for quality has allowed the company to grow and become a success. He does not believe in high-pressure sales tactics, just providing an honest, quality service at a reasonable price.
